Muir, who broke the British 1500m record in Paris last week with a time of 3:55.22, sits in second in the overall standings heading into this week's meeting, where double points are up for grabs for those in the reckoning for an overall title.
Fellow Olympic finalist Laura Weightman will join Muir over the distance, while Rio 4x100m bronze medallist Dina Asher-Smith will pit herself against the world's best in the 200m, hoping to close out the year on a high having been crowned European champion in July.
Three of Britain's four best female long jumpers will also compete in Switzerland, with Lorraine Ugen – who jumped a season best of 6.80m in Paris – as well as Shara Proctor and Jazmin Sawyers all in action on the runway.
Reigning European champion Martyn Rooney will be keen to set the record straight after failing to qualify for the Olympic 400m final as he lines up alongside Team GB teammate Matt Hudson-Smith, while Lynsey Sharp is the sole British representative in the women's 800m.
And while there are no points up for grabs in the women's 400m hurdles, current leader Eilidh Doyle will hope to post another strong time ahead of competing in the circuit finals in Brussels, as Cindy Ofili runs in the 100m hurdles.
Team GB athletics captain Adam Gemili will take to the track for the first time since narrowly missing out on Olympic bronze in the men's 100m, alongside compatriot Chijindu Ujah, while Emily Bradshaw will look to hit her indoor best height of 4.87m in the women's pole vault.
