Osuna told reporters he is unsure when he will be available to pitch again as he tries to work through his issues. He did not pitch in a save situation for the Blue Jays on Friday night against the Kansas City Royals.
"This has nothing to do with me being on the field," he said. "I feel great out there. It's just when I'm out of baseball, when I'm not on the field, that I feel just weird and a little bit lost."
The 22-year-old has 19 saves and a 2.48 ERA in 31 appearances this season.

The Texas Rangers placed left-hander Martin Perez on the 10-day disabled list with a fracture and laceration at the tip of his right thumb.
Perez sustained the injury when he caught his thumb in the hinge section of a hotel room door on Thursday night in New York.
He tore the nail off his thumb and a team trainer took him to a hospital, where the nail was reattached and X-rays showed a small fracture. The DL move is retroactive to Friday.
Perez, 26, is 4-6 with a 4.70 ERA in 15 starts with the Rangers this season.

The Oakland Athletics placed infielder Chad Pinder on the 10-day disabled list with a left hamstring strain after he was removed from Friday night's game against the Chicago White Sox in the sixth inning because of the injury.
Pinder, 25, has started 39 games for the A's this season at five different positions. He hit safely in six of his last eight games, going 9-for-31 (.290). For the season, Pinder is hitting .234 with nine home runs and 25 RBIs in 47 games.
The A's recalled infielder Franklin Barreto, their top prospect, from Triple-A Nashville to take the roster spot. ))
