London 2012 Olympian Collins and teammate Chantelle Handy will see their century of Great Britain appearances recognised in a special presentation during the men's Test match against New Zealand at the Copper Box Arena on Saturday.
Both have passed the 100 milestone in recent times with Collins now soaring onto 125 appearances.
And the Cardiff Met Archers' player-coach admits it will be an emotional occasion for all concerned.
"It is difficult to put it all into words," she said. "This game has provided me with endless opportunities and it has helped shape my values and beliefs.
"I've dedicated 20 years of my life to basketball - and at the latter stages of my career, to continue to be given that honour of representing GB makes me feel very proud and grateful.
"In nine strong years wearing the GB vest, I've played and worked alongside some amazing people - team-mates, coaches, and staff. And, I'm hopeful there is still more to come.
"The highlight was the London 2012 Olympics as that summer was certainly one to remember. It continues to give me goosebumps every time I think about stepping onto that court on the Olympic Park."
