The Spanish giants, twice runners-up this decade, have won their first two games in the Top 16 phase but will be without the competition's second top scorer Igor Rakocevic who has torn a muscle in his left leg.
Zoran Planinic is still sidelined but they remain double digit point favourites against the side who were the sole sixth placed team to emerge from the group stage and are 1-1 in Top 16 play.
Like TAU, 2002 champions Panathinaikos have a 100% record in Group F and travel to Polish surprise package Prokom.
Shooting guard Tony Delk is back in the Greek line-up following a shoulder injury but Lithuanian center Robertas Javtokas is sidelined.
Prokom landed their first-ever Top 16 win against Efes Pilsen last week but Jeff Nordgaard is still missing with a foot injury.
In the early game Dynamo Moscow will look to join Unicaja at 2-1 after their miserable road loss at Benetton Treviso last week.
But the Russians have injury problems with Travis Hansen out for the year with a knee injury, forwards Miroslav Raicevic and Obinna Ekezie also on the sidelines plus Yuri Vasilyev and Dmitry Domani questionable.
The Malaga outfit, playing its first Top 16 road game after two home wins, hope Florent Pietrus recovers from a knock.
