July 23 (The Sports Xchange) - A day after adding three players to the roster, the Sacramento Kings signed well-traveled forward Caron Butler on Thursday.

The length and financial terms of the contract were not disclosed by the team, but USA Today reported the deal is worth $3 million over two years.
Butler, 35, has spent 13 seasons in the NBA with Miami, the Los Angeles Lakers, Washington, Dallas, Los Angeles Clippers, Milwaukee, Oklahoma City and Detroit. He has career averages of 14.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.3 steals in 864 games.
On Wednesday, the Kings signed forwards Quincy Acy and Duje Dukan and guard Seth Curry.

Forward Chris Copeland, who was stabbed outside a New York City nightclub in April, reportedly has agreed to a contract with the Milwaukee Bucks.
The deal is worth $1.1 million for one year, ESPN.com reported Thursday.
Copeland, who is 6 feet 8 and 235 pounds, suffered a knife wound to his left elbow and abdomen and also suffered a fractured elbow during an altercation outside a club on April 8.
He underwent surgery immediately after the incident and spent the rest of the season rehabilitating.

The Indiana Pacers acquired rookie forward Rakeem Christmas from the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for a 2019 second-round draft pick.
The Pacers used a pick recently acquired from the Los Angeles Lakers in the deal for center Roy Hibbert.
The 6-foot-9 Christmas was selected by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the second round in the draft last month and then traded on draft night to the Cavaliers.
