Having triumphed in Friday's 7.5km sprint competition, Dahlmeier matched that performance 24 hours later in the 10km pursuit.
The German crossed the line in a time of 30:43.1 minutes to edge out Finland's Kaisa Makarainen and Eva Puskarcikova of Czech Republic, with France's Marie Dorin Habert taking fourth.
Dahlmeier incurred two faults in the second round of shooting but recovered well to take the victory by 16.8 seconds.
It was the 23-year-old's 10th World Cup success and extended her lead atop the overall standings.
She is now on 277 points, 69 ahead of Makarainen, while Justine Braisaz – who came seventh in Saturday's pursuit – is a further 19 points back.
