The Norwegian had already topped the podium in Friday's sprint and he was at it again on Saturday to claim his third victory of the World Cup season already and the 16th of his career.
Second on the day was Slovenia's Jakov Fak, sealing his third podium in a row in the process, after a near-perfect four rounds on the shooting range with only one miss.
Defending World Cup champion and still the yellow bib holder is France's Martin Fourcade.
He had trimmed the deficit to Boe in the early stages of Saturday's pursuit but cracked on the final round of shooting with three misses that left him over a minute down on his rival and forced to settle for third.
But the Frenchman remains top overall as, despite Boe's three victories from five races, Fourcade remains the only man to podium in every race of the World Cup season so far.
