The German duo claimed victory by 0.41 seconds over compatriots Sandra Kiriasis and Janine Tischer, who trailed by just 0.01 after the first run.
Reigning world champions Nicola Minichiello and Gillian Cooke of Great Britain continue to struggle and came home eighth, one place lower than their performance last time out in Park City.
Martini, ranked second last season in the World Cup with Tischer on the brakes, has switched to Logsch for the 2009-2010 Olympic season.
And the duo, for the second week running, clocked the fastest time in both runs, 58.27 for the first and 57.88 for the second for a combined time of 1:56.15.
Despite capturing the gold at the World Championships at the same venue last season, the British duo could only muster a total time of 1:57.51, while compatriots Paula Walker and Kelly Thomas finished 15th in 1:58.46.
