The German, with Annika Drazek as brake woman, clinched her first World Cup title in Winterberg last weekend before following that up with success in Austria.
Great Britain's Mica McNeill - with Mica Moore - just missed out on a place on the podium, finishing tenth overall and as the fourth European sled to cross the line.
Schneider led after the first run and clocked a combined time of 1:46.28 to top the podium, with Elana Meyers Taylor of the USA second, 0.36s back.
Compatriot Mariama Jamanka completed the podium line-up, finishing just one hundredth of a second shy of the silver medal.
The race in Innsbruck also doubled up as the 2017 European Championships, with Germany completing a clean sweep of the medals.
Schneider and Jamanka took gold and silver respectively, and it was Anna Koehler and brake woman Ann-Christin Strack who took bronze, 0.75s behind the champions.
