Weng took the World Cup lead with impressive showings in Lillehammer earlier in the month, but lost her lead to Ingvild Flugstad Oestberg last time out in Davos.
But the 25-year-old reasserted her dominance in France and led home a Norwegian one-two-three as Marit Bjoergen and Oestberg made up the remainder of the podium.
Weng completed the 15km mass start event in 23:43.5, just 2.1s ahead of her compatriot, with Oestberg a further 0.07s back.
Fellow Norwegian Ragnhild Haga finished fifth, meaning the Scandinavian nation took four of the top five placings.
Weng now leads Oestberg by 33 points in the World Cup standings, with the next round taking place in Val Mustair, Switzerland, on New Year's Eve.
In the men's event Martin Johnsrud Sundby kept hold of his World Cup lead, but could only finish second in France as compatriot Krogh took the win.
In a sprint finish for the line it was Krogh who took it, edging out the World Cup leader by just 0.3s, with Russia's Alexander Legkov coming home a further 2.7s back.
Sundby now leads the overall standings by 138 points from Krogh, with Finland's Matti Heikkinen in third place, trailing the leader by 221.
