Stina Nilsson took top honours as Sweden saw two skiers take their place on the podium in Val di Fiemme on Saturday.
Nilsson stopped the clock in 30:20.8 to clinch the victory, exactly three seconds ahead of Finland's Anne Kylloenen.
Her Swedish compatriot Charlotte Kalla secured third position with a time of 30:24.5, 3.7 seconds behind her national teammate.
The top three had opened up a healthy gap over the rest of the field, with fourth-place Krista Parmakoski crossing the line 9.4 seconds after the winner.
The victory means that Nilsson leads the Tour de Ski standings with a total time of 1:53:45.9, with Heidi Weng, who placed seventh on Saturday, holding onto second spot, 19.2 seconds behind.
Parmakoski sits third in the overall rankings, with Ingvild Flugstad Oestberg sitting just outside of the medal positions.
