Russia and China will contest the 2016 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championships final after coming through their respective semi-finals in Sweden.
Russia booked their place in the gold medal match after winning a closely-fought semi-final against the USA.
The USA had been leading 4-2 after the fourth end but Russia hit back with four and one in the next two ends to turn the tables and eventually take an 8-6 win.
China meanwhile battled past Scotland 7-5, thanks in no small part to single point steals in the fifth, sixth and seventh ends.
In the eighth end Scotland had a chance to score four points and force an extra end, but Gina Aitken's attempt at the double takeout needed was just shy of the mark, giving Scotland a score of two.
China's Dexin Ba said: "[We feel] great! We just wanted to control the game, so we didn't feel like we won because this is mixed doubles and anything can happen. We just want to enjoy the finals."
Scotland will face the USA to determine third place on the podium.
