Eve Muirhead's rink scored three points in the opening end to set them on their way, wrapping up the win in the seventh end with two points despite a comeback effort from the Czechs.
And despite losing their opening match to Sweden in St Gallen, Switzerland, Muirhead is confident her rink can continue their winning streak.
"Since we dropped that first game to Sweden we've built a lot of momentum," said the skip after the 8-4 win.
"We played really well in this game, the girls are playing great. We're in a good flow and we're making a lot of good shots."
Hosts Switzerland also qualified for the semi-finals, with Silvana Tirinzoni's rink recording a 8-3 win over Team Yildiz, proving too strong for their opponents as Turkey remain bottom of the team standings with just two wins to their name.
"I think we are safe for the semi-final now, so that's the first goal achieved," said skip Tirinzoni. "We still have two more round-robin games and we'll try to finish those two games well. This was a good performance today, but I hope we will save the best for Saturday."
Team Hasselborg of Sweden continued their unbeaten run with a 6-5 win over Russia, though it took until the final end to wrap up the win.
Anna Sidorova's Russian rink took first blood in the second end before Sweden took control, though they levelled at 5-5 in the penultimate end to make for a nervy finish.
Elsewhere, Denmark and Germany both picked up their second victories of the championships, with wins over Hungary and Italy respectively.
