Peter Sagan continued his impressive run of form by claiming victory on stage three of the BinckBank Tour only two days after winning stage one.

Slovakia's Peter Sagan of Bora-Hansgrohe celebrates on the podium as he wears the points classification jersey after winning the third stage of the BinckBank Tour 2017 through Belgium and the Netherlands.

Sagan seems to have gone up a few gears since being controversially excluded from the Tour de France last month following a clash with Mark Cavendish which ended with the British sprinter suffering a competition-ending fractured shoulder blade.
Sagan has won the opening stage of the Tour of Poland last weekend plus the first two stages out of three stages of the BinckBank.
In similar fashion to his win on the first stage on Monday, the Slovakian managed to nudge ahead of Edward Theuns (Trek-Segafredo) and Rudy Barbier (AG2R La Mondiale) in the closing seconds to complete his 99th professional victory.
