Shane Sutton, the former technical director of British Cycling, was found guilty by his former employers of using sexist language towards Jess Varnish but cleared of eight other charges, according to reports.

The 59-year-old was found to have used words including “bitches” to the cyclist but claims that he used more offensive language were dismissed by an internal inquiry.
According to the BBC, Varnish’s insistence that the Australian told her to ‘go and have a baby’ was also not supported.
Sutton quit his post in April amid the claims.
Last month, Sutton said he would appeal, adding: "I will produce the evidence. Everything comes out in the dirty washing."
