The second part of the competition is set for 8:30 p.m. Swedish time, Friday, August 25, with Henrick von Eckermann (on Mary Lou 194), Malin Baryad-Johnsson (H&M Cue Channa), Douglas Lindelöw (Zacramento), and Peder Fredricson (H&M All In) looking to maintain their first-round top spot over second-place Switzerland and third-place Ireland.
For the Irish, Shane Sweetnam (Chaqui Z), Denis Lynch (All Star 5) and Cian O’Connor (Good Luck) will see what they can do tonight at Gothenburg’s Ullevi Stadium. Bertram Allen and Hector van d’Abdijhoeve suffered a fall on the course in the earlier round and were not expected to return Friday, although were reportedly okay condition-wise. For more, see here.
