Dávid Botka was prevented from finishing Barum Czech Rally Zlín last month after his ŠKODA Fabia R5 suffered gearbox failure after the opening loop of stages on leg two.
The Hungarian was P15 when he was forced to stop at the service halt in Otrokovice on Sunday morning.
It was the former ERC2 champion’s second appearance in the Czech machine at European championship level following his first run on Poland’s Rally Rzeszow at the start of August.
