Norway's Steve Rokland first to enter ERC Rally Liepaja

Norway’s Steve Rokland has become the first driver to enter Rally Liepaja, the opening round of the 2016 FIA European Rally Championship.

Rokland, who will be co-driven by Swede Patrik Barth, will pilot a Peugeot 208 R2 as he chases ERC Junior Championship success on the ice and snow-coated high-speed Latvian stages.
