Luca Rossetti bettered his 2008 season when he won the FIA European Rally Championship for the first time with three victories, this time taking four to seal title number two in 2010.

He was once again co-driven by Matteo Chiarcossi, albeit swapping Peugeot 207 Super 2000 power for an Abarth Grande Punto S2000. Czech Jan Kopecký was the only other driver to score more than a single win during the season with two to his name.
