Nathan Chen overcame a fall to win the men's Grand Prix Final title, defeating home favourite Shoma Uno by just half a point.
The American scored 103.32 point for his short programme in Nagoya, Japan, before securing a score of 183.19 in the free skate, with Uno topping the standings in the second discipline.

In the ladies' final, it was a Russian one-two as teenager Alina Zagitova took the title on her Grand Prix Final debut, with compatriot Maria Sotskova finishing second.
Canada's Kaetlyn Osmond had taken a surprise lead after the short programmae but was only half a point ahead of Zagitova, with the 15-year-old overtaking at the top with a free skate score of 147.03.
Osmond took bronze after finishing fifth in the free skate.
In the pairs, it was a golden day for Germany's Aljona Savchenko and Bruno Massot as they topped the podium ahead of Sui Wenjing and Han Cong of China, and Canadian duo Meagan Duhamel and Eric Radford.
Savchenko and Massot had led from the start with a score of 79.43 in the short programme before wrapping up the win with 157.25 in the free skate.
