O'Reilly, who retired from the international game last year after 231 appearances for the USA, has pledged to give at least one per cent of her salary to football-related good causes.
The 32-year-old midfielder, who also picked up a World Cup winners' medal in 2015, joined the Women's Super League (WSL) club in January.
Last month, her former USA team-mates Alex Morgan and Megan Rapinoe became the first female players to commit to the project but Monday's raft of new signings brings the total number involved, male and female, to 18.
Charlie Daniels of Bournemouth and Swansea's Alfie Mawson became the second and third Premier League players after Manchester United's Mata to join last week.
Manchester City's German midfielder Pauline Bremer brings the total from the WSL to two, while Uganda's Jean Sseninde plays for Crystal Palace in the Women's Premier League South.
Former Spain captain Vero Boquete, compatriot Olga Garcia and Colombia's Nicole Regnier were the three other women to commit to Common Goal on Monday, joining the likes of Germany star Mats Hummels and Italy's Giorgio Chiellini.
