The 21-year-old midfielder is set to be fined by his club over the incident, which was ended when police arrived at the hotel to kick “up to 12” people off the premises at 7.45am on Sunday morning.
The party reportedly stretched across several rooms and the officers were called when a member of staff rang to report “things getting out of hand”.
There is no confirmation that Grealish was among those kicked out of the hotel, but Aston Villa chairman Tony Xia has been among those to urge the youngster to change his behaviour.
This is the latest in a number of high-profile incidents involving Grealish, who was pictured using the legal high nitrous oxide at a party in 2015 and was then snapped in a compromising position later that year after a night out during an off-season holiday in Tenerife.
