Birmingham announce the signing of defender Emilio Nsue

Birmingham have announced the signing of defender Emilio Nsue from Middlesbrough.

The 27-year-old right-back has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal with the Blues for an undisclosed fee.

Nsue's arrival could open the door for Jonathan Spector to complete a move to MLS.

The Equatorial Guinea international is Birmingham's third signing of the January window, with Lukas Jutkiewicz and Craig Gardner also agreeing deals.
