Rodgers was sacked from his role as Liverpool manager after the Reds 1-1 draw at Everton earlier this month and immediately jetted out to Spain for a holiday with his partner Charlotte and her daughter.
The 42-year-old, who was replaced by Jurgen Klopp, has already been linked with the England job and Aston Villa post following his Anfield departure.
Former Sky Sports football anchor Keys confirmed via a reply on his Twitter feed that Qatari-owned TV network beIN Sports "will be" bringing in Rodgers, although it's currently unknown at what stage negotiations are between the two.
Rodgers has experience of pundit work after making an appearance on Match of the Day 3 during his time as Swansea manager in 2012.
Keys is beIN Sports' 'Senior Football Anchor', fronting the network's Premier League coverage based in Doha, Qatar.
He also denied a claim that Andy Gray would leave beIN Sports for a role at BT Sport.
