Patrice Evra, Sami Khedira, Hernanes and Martin Caceres are all expected to miss Juventus's Champions League meeting with Manchester City.
The Champions League showdown in Turin is on Wednesday evening.
The Bianconeri beat Milan 1-0 on Saturday night but paid a heavy price for that Serie A victory - picking up more injury problems.
Roberto Pereyra and Kwadwo Asamoah are already out of action and Khedira missed that match due to a muscular problem.
Juve released a statement confirming Khedira “will train separately next week,” so won’t be fit to face Manchester City.
Evra sprained his ankle against Milan and limped off after just 28 minutes.
“His condition will be monitored over the course of the coming days," the club stated.
“Also on the sidelines was Hernanes, who reported discomfort in his adductor muscle and will undergo tests tomorrow.
“Finally, Martin Caceres’ condition will continue to be assessed on a daily basis as he bids to shake off a thigh strain.”
