Arsene Wenger has confirmed that midifielder Francis Coquelin will be out for three weeks with a knee injury.
Coquelin limped out of the Gunners' match against Chelsea at the weekend, with initial analysis suggesting that he could be in for a lay-off potentially lasting several months.
But on Tuesday morning Arsene Wenger said that he should be back and playing in three weeks' time.
"Coquelin is out for tomorrow but the scan was good - he should be three weeks out," Wenger said at a training press conference.
Granit Xhaka will start for Arsenal in the Champions League match against his former club Basel - a switch that Arsenal fans had been crying out for repeatedly before the Gunners' morale-boosting 3-0 win over Chelsea.
"Xhaka plays against Xhaka tomorrow so it's a family reunion," said Wenger, referring to the fact that Granit Xhaka's brother plays for Basel.
"We know Basel well because we bought Elneny and I know them quite well," added the manager.
