Both teams are at the Westfalenstadion for the 5.45pm kick-off after the quarter-final first leg was postponed when three explosions shattered the glass of the home side's team bus as it began its journey to the arena on Tuesday.
This time the German side's bus was escorted to the venue by police, who had earlier on Wednesday arrested a man in connection with the attack.
Marc Bartra was injured in the incident but has since indicated he is 'much better' after having surgery on his wrist, which was hit by shards of glass in the attack.
He is replaced in the team by Sven Bender while Julian Weigl and Shinji Kagawa come into the side in place of Felix Passlack and Christian Pulisic. However, Dortmund have only named six substitutes.
Monaco, meanwhile, will be without Djibril Sidibe and Benjamin Mendy because of illness and injury respectively, but Kylian Mbappe will partner Radamel Falcao up front.
Dortmund: Bürki, Bender, Dembélé, Guerreiro, Aubameyang, Kagawa, Sokratis, Piszczek, Ginter, Schmelzer, Weigl. Subs: Weidenfeller, Sahin, Mor, Pulisic, Merino, Passlack.
Monaco: Subasic, Glik, Jemerson, Raggi, Touré, Fabinho, Moutinho, Silva, Lemar, Mbappé, Falcao. Subs: De Sanctis, Jorge, Dirar, Diallo, Ndoram, Cardona, Germain
