Manchester United v Anderlecht goes to extra time

Manchester United’s clash with Anderlecht in the Europa League quarter-finals will go to extra time after a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford in 90 minutes.

United took an early lead through Henrikh Mkhitaryan, but Sofiane Hanni levelled shortly after the half hour.

The hosts pushed forward for a winner in regulation time, but were unable to find a breakthrough.
