AND THAT'S FULL-TIME!
Boos ring out around Goodison Park and Apollon have secured a famous draw.
What a terrific performance from the Cypriot side.
Rooney is nearly in but Apollon clear. However the clearance hits another defender and goes onto the roof of the net.
From the corner Vlasic's shot is blocked.
WHAT A SAVE!
That's a tremendous save from Vale. The ball comes from the right from Vlasic and Calvert-Lewin is free in the box. He heads it into the ground but Vale reacts brilliantly to save. It was close to him but that's still excellent from the Apollon keeper.
GOAL! EVERTON 2-2 APOLLON (YUSTE)
Oh my word! Apollon have equalised!
Klaassen gives away a free-kick with a really stupid challenge and Yuste jumps highest and flicks it into the corner.
He's more than made up for his mistake earlier if they can hold out!
RED CARD ROBERGE!
Oh and it's a straight red for Roberge for a high challenge on Calvert-Lewin.
Some handbags right at the end.
Maybe the players are annoyed at how bad this game has been.
Meanwhile Rooney tries his luck from the half-way line with Vale off his line.
It goes wide.
Third change for Apollon. Vasiliou comes off and Zelaya comes on.
Beautiful reverse pass from Sigurdsson plays in Kenny but shot is blocked.
No-one closes Rooney down so he decides to have a go from around 35 yards out. It's well struck but straight down Vale's throat.
Brilliant ball from Rooney finds Calvert-Lewin. The youngster cuts in and curls a shot narrowly wide.
Apollon send on Jander.
And we've just got our first yellow of the night as Yuste takes out Rooney.
From the free-kick Vlasic volleys a woeful shot wide but then gets a second chance and hits a decent effort with his left that Vale saves.
Terrific kick from Pickford gets Calvert-Lewin away.
He flicks the ball over one defender but his touch lets him down.
Side point, Pickford's distribution has to be the best in the Premier League surely?
Vasilou gets the ball on the left and whips in a cross from deep. Pickford comes and doesn't get there but it's eventually put behind for a corner.
It comes to Allan and his shot is deflected behind for another corner.
Apollon have gone a bit flat since that goal and you can sympathise with them.
However there are still 20 minutes for them to get something out of this match.
Couple of changes now.
Davies and Sandro off as Klaassen and Calvert-Lewin on.
GOAL! EVERTON 2-1 APOLLON (VLASIC)
And it's the teenager's first Everton goal! Rooney's pass is intercepted but it falls to Sigurdsson who plays a very clever pass. Vlasic gets the ball out from under his feet and fires it past the goalkeeper.
Sigurdsson takes a free-kick to the back post and he finds Williams, who was possibly offside, but he has to stretch and it goes wide.
Rooney sends in a couple of crosses in quick succession, the first sees no other player in blue in the box and the second is too close to the keeper.
a ball over the top nearly finds Schembri but Pickford does really well to come out of his box, control the ball with his chest and then fire it away.
Here comes the first change from Apollon. Jakolis is taken off and Schembri, who played against England for Malta, comes on.
Apollon break nicely following a poor pass from Davies.
However the move breaks down as they get to the Everton box, the away side are still a threat.
Baines finds Rooney who allows the ball to run across him.
He's takes a shot from range but it goes miles over.
Everton are looking a little toothless and must be feeling pretty silly that Saturday's two-goal hero Oumar Niasse wasn't registered for this competition.
Schneiderlin finds Sandro with a ball over the top but once again he loses it as Yuste brings it out.
Then Jakolis has a go from range but it's easily beaten away by Pickford.
Vlasic comes in from the left and drags a shot wide, he's looked bright.
Everton starting to fire their passes in, Vlasic has woken the crowd up.
Not a lot to tell you about thus, just a few little fouls starting to creep in.
Welcome back and we have one change to tell you about.
Gueye is off and Vlasic is on, that's an attacking change from Koeman.
And that's half-time.
Can Everton step up a gear in the second-half?
An Apollon corner ends with a Jakolis shot that is blocked by Baines. Eventually the ball goes behind.
Sigurdsson has a go from a free-kick and again Vale gets it away.
And then out of nowhere Davies takes aim from range. It's going into the top corner but Vales does well to parry it away.
Everton are playing decent football but they haven't threatened Vale's goal too much since Rooney's equaliser.
Another long spell of possession for Everton ends when Kenny's cross goes out.
Decent effort from Yuste from a corner but it goes just over.
Couple of times in the last few minutes that Sandro has wasted the ball.
He is clearly nervous waiting for his first Everton goal.
Williams marauds forward and finds Rooney.
He tries to bend one into the corner but it goes just wide.
Calvert-Lewi did warm up but Rooney is determined to carry on. he's bandaged up and has taken some painkillers.
Now Sandro is holding his arm.
Much better football from Everton.
Sandro carries the ball but eventually finds Kenny on the right. His cross is deep to Davies who heads it back across goal.
Eventually it comes to Sigurdsson but his left-foot volley is saved. Rooney is holding is arm after an attempted over-head kick in that move.
GOAL! EVERTON 1-1 APOLLON (ROONEY)
Yuste has just one-upped Williams in bad defending here. Vale plays it out to him but his pass back to the keeper is awful and Rooney has an open goal.
That is just shambolic and terrible for Apollon after all their hard work.
Sandro can't quite feed Sigurdsson but then gets a second chance and finds Rooney.
He gets down the line but his cross goes out.
Maglica continues to work hard and he's causing a few problems for Everton down Apollon's right.
They've certainly grew in confidence.
Apollon get another corner but it doesn't come to much. The Everton fans are then furious as the away team get away with a couple of foul throws.
Then a loose ball comes to Vasilou on the edge of the box, he hits a good volley but it goes wide.
That was tough on Pickford, he actually made a really good save to stop the first effort.
Everton are rattled and now Davies has given away a free-kick on the edge of the box.
Allan takes it but it's deflected behind.
GOAL! EVERTON 0-1 APOLLON (SARDINERO)
Oh Ashley Williams that is very poor. He tries to pass to Baines but under-hits it. Apollon pounce and the ball is squared and Sardinero, the man who equalised against Lyon, taps home after Pickford saves his first effort.
Nearly an assist from Pickford!
The Everton keeper smashes it long and it bounces over the defence. Rooney nearly gets on the end of it.
Everton dominated possession early on as you would expect.
They've had 65% of the ball but haven't done much with it, yet.
Everton try to respond with a Sigurdsson free-kick but Vale comes out well to claim.
First chance of the evening for Apollon.
Vasilou swings the ball in from the left but Maglica sends his header over.
All the noise is coming from the away fans, who are determined to enjoy themselves.
This will be a good test for Everton to break down Apollon.
Plan for Apollon seems pretty simple tonight.
Sit deep, absorb pressure and try to catch Everton on the counter.
Not a great atmosphere so far.
Everton knocking the ball about nicely in these opening stages. Making their opponents work hard for the ball.
And we're underway!
Kick-off is just five minutes away so send me your predictions!
It's interesting to see Rooney starting after his injury on the weekend.
Ronald Koeman has said that he thinks the team needs to win all of their home games to progress, the pressure will be on Rooney.
DON'T I KNOW YOU PART II?
And yes Liverpool fans that is your youngster Allan in the team, a terrific reason to tune in and check out how he's getting on.
DON'T I KNOW YOU?
That's right Sunderland fans that is Valentin Roberge in the Apollon line-up. He signed for the club in 2013 and lasted until 2016, making just ten league appearances.
I'll be the first to admit I'm not an expert when it comes to Apollon but it seems as if manager Sofronis Avgousti has sprung a few surprises.
Jander not starting at left-back is one of them as well midfielders Martinez and Alex missing out.
The suggestion seems to be that he's playing it defensive and hoping to snatch something late on.
APOLLON LIMASSOL TEAM
Bruno Vale, Joao Pedro, Yuste, Roberge, Vasilou, Allan, Sachetti, Alef, Jakolis, Maglica, Sardinero
It's a very strong Everton team with just three changes from the weekend.
Pickford; Kenny, Holgate, Williams, Baines; Gueye, Schneiderlin, Davies; Sigurdsson; Sandro, Rooney.
So Sandro comes in to replace Calvert-Lewin in attack, Kenny replaces Martina at right-back and Davies comes in for Klaassen in midfield.
Good evening and welcome to live coverage of Everton's game against Apollon Limassol in the Europa League.
