Benfica will feel confident about securing a spot in the semi-finals of the UEFA Europa League after working their way to a 2-1 success in the first leg of their quarter-final with French outfit Marseille at the Estadio da Luz. Rafa Silva fired Benfica ahead, with Angel Di Maria doubling the lead. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyaang kept l’OM in the hunt. The second leg takes place next Thursday.
