Former Swansea star Chico Flores whipped out a selfie stick at his own wedding.

It is a groom’s wont to capture the special day when he marries his bride.

Photos have been an integral part of a wedding day for many years.

However, former Swansea star Flores, who now plays in Qatar for Lekhwiya Sports Club, may have just overstepped the mark.

Why you may ask? Well, he only went and produced a selfie stick during his big day. Tut, tut.

It is a very nice photo but surely he could have gotten a standard photographer to do the honours.

It wasn't the only special moment tweeted out from the Flores wedding, though.

As this tweet from the defender demonstrated, there was a monkey playing some bizarre role in proceedings.

And one of the guests tried to catch Flores short as he visited the toilet.

Although judging by the rest of the photos, it's unlikely he will resent the attention.
