The Terriers are keen on the 12-goal hitman but face competition from a number of Sky Bet Championship rivals.
Birmingham, Preston and Wolves are all keeping tabs on the Saddlers' 12-goal top scorer, Press Association Sport understands.
Sky Bet League One leaders Walsall do not want to sell the forward in January but their resolve it likely to be tested this month.
The Terriers are 19th in the Championship, four points above the relegation zone and go to bottom side Bolton on Saturday.
Preston also want to take the striker to Deepdale to ensure they stay clear of relegation danger, with Daniel Johnson their six-goal top scorer.
The Lilywhites see Bradshaw, who was called up to Chris Coleman's senior Wales squad for the first time in November, as value for money with the 23-year-old still yet to enter his peak years.
Wolves retain a long-term interest and while a bid from the Molineux side is not imminent, any change in their striker situation - with Benik Afobe linked with a January transfer - could trigger a move.
Bradshaw has 18 months left on his current deal at the Banks's Stadium and remains grateful to the club for giving him a platform following a 2014 move from Shrewsbury.
He has blossomed at the Saddlers and scored 20 goals last season, despite missing 20 games with hamstring problems, and has netted 32 times in 61 matches for the club.
But it is understood Bradshaw is keen to test himself at a higher level, although the title-chasing Saddlers could offer Championship football next season.
