The Swede started well following his switch from Paris Saint-Germain over the summer, yet he has only scored once in the past eight games.
However, the 35-year-old has promised the fans there will be better displays ahead.
"In the United shirt I feel good, I feel comfortable," he said on
.
"I know I can do more, the team can do more, I want to do more.
"I will do more. That's my mentality, my objective."
And, ahead of the clash against City, Ibrahimovic was a bit cheeky about his role off the pitch when meeting fans of Pep Guardiola’s team.
I met a lot but they became United supporters when they met me!" he added.
He also told United Review that he will try and avenge the 2-1 defeat that his side suffered in the first derby of the season.
"We cannot go back and change the result, absolutely not, but we can make a difference in the upcoming game,” he said.
