Former Bayern Munich manager Jupp Heynckes has joked that Toni Kroos should retire given that he's won everything that football has to offer.

Kroos, 27, has had a glittering career so far, winning the Champions League three times as well as La Liga and the Bundesliga and, of course, the World Cup with Germany.
His former manager Heynckes joked that given all his success perhaps he should consider retiring.

"Toni is 27 and has won the Champions League three times, won the treble with Bayern and lifted the World Cup with Germany," Heynckes told Bild.
"He should just hang up his boots now...
"Toni is a strategist. He has developed into an even better player at Madrid. He plays like any coach wants his players to play."

However, Kroos gave the answer you would expect from such a perennial winner, namely that he wants to keep winning more.
"I cannot retire now just because I have won it all," he stressed.
"You always have new goals at Real Madrid and with the German national team. I want to win it all."
