The 25-year-old has been the subject of much speculation in this transfer window with the forward reportedly close to signing for PSG.
Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde has made it clear he wants Neymar to stay as have his team-mates, whilst PSG new boy Dani Alves has said he hopes his told team-mate will join him in Paris.
Speaking after the El Clasico friendly, which Barcelona won 3-2, Ramos said he hopes Neymar leaves.
"I do not know, everyone is free to choose their future," he said.
I hope [he leaves]. It would be less of a problem for us.
"I changed the shirt with him and I hope it is the last one I have used with Barca."
Neymar has scored 105 goals in 186 appearances for Barcelona in all competitions.
