Zairi to leave Nantes

The former Sochaux winger was loaned to Nantes from Boavista this season, but the 25-year-old failed to establish himself at the Stade de la Beaujoire after just seven appearances and no goals.

And the African star has ruled out the possibility of staying with Les Canaris, but neither does he envisage to the Portuguese Super Liga.

"I don't think I will play again for Nantes," Zairi told eurosport.yahoo.com. "And going back to Boavista wouldn't suit me. I don't want to play again in Portugal.

"I haven't planned my future yet. I am looking for a new club with my agent.

"We have contacts but I don't want to reveal the name of the clubs for the moment. I could remain in Ligue 1 or move elsewhere."
