West Ham apparently had a bid of 50 million euros (£42.7million) refused by Lyon in January, according to president Jean-Michel Aulas with Arsenal also failing in a £29m move for the France international last July.
Elsewhere, Borussia Dortmund have been touted with an interest, but Atletico are banned from signing players this summer over breaching transfer rules in signing overseas players under 18.
They are appealing to the Court of Arbitration for Sport in the hope of getting the ban lifted otherwise they won't be able to sign players until the January window.
Aulas said he is willing to listen to offers for the forward, who has scored 34 goals in 43 matches this season.
"I have already done a lot for the club, I am keen to see how things are elsewhere, that is true," Lacazette said on the club's TV channel.
I want to wait until the end of the season to discuss things with my agent and make the right choice for my future. You need to have some proposals on the table in order to make a choice, so I prefer to wait until the end of the season. Atletico Madrid are one of the clubs that have been linked in the press. They have a great coach, nice fans, a project and they obviously have Antoine Griezmann.
"But I do not want to leave at all costs."
