Huddlestone, who is expected to leave Hull this summer after the Tigers were relegated from the Premier League last season, has completed the deal to take Swann’s £1million luxury six-bedroom house in Caythorpe near Nottingham.
The 28-year-old has been with Steve Bruce’s Hull City since 2013, but could be heading for the exit door at the KC Stadium should the club accept an offer for Huddlestone which will help the now-Championship club reduce their hefty wage bill.
Huddlestone, who has four England caps to his name, is originally from Nottingham and it is believed that he fancies a move back to the area in which he grew up in.

Aston Villa boss Tim Sherwood is a big admirer of Huddlestone, having praised the midfielder during his time at Tottenham, and the Claret and Blues are reportedly close to tabling a £5m offer to secure his services.
Villa are in need of a midfielder after Tom Cleverley opted to sign for Everton on a permanent basis despite spending last season on loan at Villa Park.
Huddlestone is interested in property, so this latest purchase could well just be adding to his portfolio, but the house is just 55 miles away from Villa’s ground.
