How fans of the Premier League's top five clubs view the title race

Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester City all lost on Wednesday evening to leave the Foxes three points clear at the summit.

The destination of the title is anyone's guess and even fifth-placed Manchester United - 10 points adrift of top spot - will fancy their chances given the unpredictable nature of the season so far.

Here, Press Association Sport gauges the views of supporters at the current top five.

Do you really want to win the title?

We do want to win it. We've set our stall out and we want to see it out now. No-one dreamt about even making the Champions League places. Big clubs like Everton and Newcastle have struggled to do that, but we are starting to believe it is actually going to happen now. It's tremendous - it shows little clubs can believe.

If you don't win it, who will?

Tottenham have got a really good team, similar to us in a way, but I don't know if they have got that bit extra to go on and win the league. It's the same with Arsenal, but if Tottenham sort themselves out they have a chance.

If you do win it, how will you celebrate?

It will be the biggest party we've ever had in Leicester. You might as well shut the exits to the motorways off because there would be no point in anyone coming in. Jamie Vardy would definitely be invited as well! Everybody wants us to win it. We have everybody behind us and it's great for football.

Do you really want to win the title?

Absolutely. I think what is going on is this is the most exciting title race for years, there are lots more clubs involved and we have not been involved in one for a while. The defeat (against West Ham on Wednesday) was one of the worst performances of the season but other results went in our favour. The desire to win is certainly there, but there's the thing about not wanting to talk about it and jinxing it!

If you don't win it, who will?

I'm sure every other football fan would say Leicester, if only to get another name of the trophy. At the risk of being accused of bias, ourselves and Leicester have been the best sides in the division. We're not a collection of stars that have been brought in - the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. It would prove you don't have to go out and be the biggest spenders.

If you do win it, how will you celebrate?

Long and hard! It would certainly be up there with anything I've seen. I was lucky enough to watch the 1981 FA Cup final when Ricky Villa scored the greatest ever FA Cup goal in the greatest ever final (against Manchester City). I've been hooked on Spurs ever since, but this would be a fantastic story.

Do you really want to win the title?

It does seem as though we don't, but you'd like to think that the team still has that fight for the title. Our last two games have not shown a lot of fight and desire. It's been a week to forget, especially for the fans travelling up to Manchester on Sunday, you would have liked to see the team show some commitment.

If you don't win it, who will?

It's not a question I would really like to answer. Hopefully this week can be a bit of a wake-up call. We must keep things in perspective. The gap can still be closed and we can still win it. There is one obvious team I'm sure all Arsenal fans will unite in saying they don't want to see win the title. If I had to choose one to win it I would have to go along with the rest of the country and say Leicester.

If you do win it, how will you celebrate?

I'll need to have a lie down first! We'd celebrate in the way we have celebrated the last two FA Cup victories. We have enjoyed some good wins recently but we don't need reminding it has been 12 years since we last won the Premier League. Teams have gone longer without winning it - think of Liverpool or Manchester United before the early 1990s. We need to bear that in mind.

Do you really want to win the title?

Of course we want to win it. It's looking more and more unlikely now and we face a task just trying to qualify for the Champions League. We've got a new manager (Pep Guardiola) coming in this summer and he won't be happy if we're not in that. What's happened this season is a mystery to most City fans. We haven't played well all season. It's rather strange and difficult to put your finger on. The consistency has been missing, but two wins from our next two games and who knows what could happen?

If you don't win it, who will?

I certainly wouldn't like to see United win it, that's for sure. Only five clubs have ever won the Premier League, so I wouldn't lose any sleep if Leicester won it. The trouble for us is we haven't beaten any of the top five this season.

If you do win it, how will you celebrate?

I'll certainly be celebrating like any other fan would if we won it. Both of the times we have won the title we have had to come from behind, and we have a similar run-in to the first time in 2012. We could win it again and it would be great to do it for the third time in five seasons.

Do you really want to win the title?

We want to win every point between now and the end of the season, but the title is more of a hope than expectation! At the moment it is so competitive, any team can beat any other, home or away, and that is why the Premier League is so popular. It is hard to put any sort of run together, but every club wants to win the title.

If you don't win it, who will?

Leicester have that 'dream factor', so if we weren't to win it I'd say them. It's wonderful what Leicester are doing, and wonderful that a team like them can be in a position to win the league with 10 games to go. If they can finish in the same way they finished last season, they will win it. It is a great opportunity for them. Their fixtures don't look too bad and they have no European commitments.

If you do win it, how will you celebrate?

I will partake in a drink or two! Manchester United fans have been fortunate over the years. We've been a very successful club but it has become so much more competitive. We're in a bit of transition at the moment, so let's see what happens.
