Eden Hazard has been forced to miss Chelsea's trip to Stoke in the Premier League due to a muscle injury sustained during training.
Antonio Conte's league leaders are 10 points clear at the top of the standings before their trip to face Mark Hughes's side.
Hazard, 26, was left out of the travelling squad, and he is rated a doubt for Belgium's World Cup qualifier with Greece and a friendly against Russia.
It has forced Chelsea to make one change from their 1-0 FA Cup sixth-round win over Manchester United on Monday as Pedro is handed a start with Willian also included.
Chelsea's next match in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge sees them face Crystal Palace on April 1.
