The Arsenal manager was involved in an altercation with the fourth official Anthony Taylor during extra-time after he had been sent off for his reaction to a 93rd-minute penalty awarded to the visitors.
The Frenchman appeared to push Taylor twice after he was told to leave the tunnel, where he had stopped to watch Andre Gray score the spot-kick.

He could now face a stadium or touchline ban. With the latter more probable, the Gunners boss is likely to be hit with a minimum two-game suspension, with the away match at Southampton and the home match against Watford the two he will miss. However, the ban could be longer, meaning he could also be absent from the dugout for the Chelsea match on Saturday, February 4.
According to a statement from the FA, Wenger 'allegedly used abusive and/or insulting words towards [Taylor]'.
The statement added: "It is further alleged that following his dismissal from the technical area, his behaviour in remaining in the tunnel area and making physical contact with the fourth official amounted to improper conduct."
After the match at the Emirates, Wenger apologised, saying he 'regretted everything'. He has until 6pm on Thursday to respond to the charge.
