The English forward replaces Anthony Martial, while Romelu Lukaku keeps his place in attack after scoring the only goal in the midweek win against Bournemouth.
United are expected to line up with a back four featuring Antonio Valencia, Phil Jones, Chris Smalling and Ashley Young. That means Luke Shaw is dropped to the bench, despite another man of the match display on Wednesday.
Mourinho's side remain the closest team to runaway Premier League leaders Manchester City, but sit 14 points adrift prior to the clash at the Hawthorns.
West Brom: Foster, Nyom, Gibbs, Hegazi, Evans, Livermore, Yacob, Krychowiak, Rondón, McClean, Burke… Subs: Myhill, Robson-Kanu, Brunt, Barry, Rodriguez, McAuley, Field.
Manchester United: De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Jones, Young, Matic, Herrera, Mata, Lingard, Rashford, Lukaku… Subs: Romero, Lindelöf, Rojo, Shaw, McTominay, Ibrahimovic, Martial.
