Coutinho, 25, handed in a transfer request over the summer to try and force a move to Spanish giants Barcelona.
Liverpool held firm and refused any bids but he is expected to move on next summer.
And Ronaldinho has spoken positively about the prospect of his countryman moving to Catalonia.

“Of course the decision is Coutinho’s, but Barcelona would suit him,” said the Ballon d'Or winner in the Mirror.
“Talking about Philippe brings me a lot of happiness.
“He’s a player I admire. Seriously, it brings me joy watching him. I believe that Spanish football has everything that is attractive to him. It suits his style.
“Barcelona doesn’t have any particular attraction for Brazilian players. But if he – or anyone – is to succeed there, they must play with passion. And they have to be happy.
“Then it’s just down to the player’s own imagination as to whether they succeed.”

However Silva has said he believes that Coutinho would be the perfect addition to PSG, with the French side keen pair him with summer signings Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
"I talk a lot with Coutinho. I hope that at the end of the season or even before, it could be a nice surprise for us," Silva told Telefoot.
"I hope he will think well and that next year he will work with us.
"As with Neymar, I give him a lot of advice. But I think the most important thing for him is to make the best decision."
