Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain starts for Liverpool away at AFC Bournemouth with Sadio Mane dropping to the bench.
In midweek Jurgen Klopp started all four of Mane, Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Philippe Coutinho but his team failed to break down West Brom at home, drawing 0-0.
The Senegal international is rested as Oxlade-Chamberlain gets a rare start for the Reds.
Elsewhere Simon Mignolet returns in goal whilst captain Jordan Henderson comes back in for the suspended Emre Can, with Joe Gomez replacing Trent Alexander-Arnold at right-back.
Adam Lallana and Danny Ings are both on the bench as they continue their comebacks from injury.
Eddie Howe changes his entire midfield from the 1-0 defeat to Manchester United with Jordon Ibe, Lewis Cook, Andrew Surman and Marc Pugh all coming in.
Teams in full
Bournemouth - Begovic, Smith, Francis, Ake, Daniels, Ibe, Cook, Surman, Pugh, King, Defoe.
Liverpool - Mignolet, Gomez, Lovren, Klavan, Robertson, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Coutinho, Salah, Firmino.
