The Bianconeri seem destined to lose Morata, as Real Madrid have a buy-back option for €30m.
According to Telelombardia, Juve have already approached agent Fernando Felicevich to ask after Sanchez - and he would be offered a contract worth €4.2m per year net.
The 27-year-old Chile international was grumbling earlier in the summer at the lack of silverware in an Arsenal jersey, particularly their difficulties in the Champions League.
Sanchez is no stranger to Serie A, having shot to fame with Udinese before moving to Barcelona and then Arsenal.
Juventus had already been tracking him at the time, but could not compete in that bidding war.
Sanchez is still valued at around €55m by the Gunners and is under contract until June 2018.
He scored 17 goals in 41 competitive games for Arsenal this season, also providing 11 assists.
