Midfielder Fara Williams replaces the suspended Jill Scott in the centre of the park, while Siobhan Chamberlain comes in between the sticks after first-choice goalkeeper Karen Bardsley was ruled out of the remainder of the tournament with a broken leg.
England beat a highly-fancied France team in the quarter-finals to reach this stage of the tournament, but will have to negotiate a daunting atmosphere in Enschede against tournament hosts Netherlands.

Line-ups

England XI: Chamberlain, Bronze, Houghton, Bright, Stokes; Moore, Williams, Kirby; Nobbs, Taylor, White.
Netherlands XI: Van Veenendaal, Van Lunteren, Dekker, Van der Gragt, Van Es, Groenen, Spitse, Van de Donk, Van de Sanden, Martens, Miedema.
