A prize pot of $1million is up for grabs at the Vegas event on January 7, with $200,000 on offer to the winner and the last-place finisher receiving $20,000.
All 20 FE drivers are taking part and the 10 sim racers who will join them have finally been decided after a series of qualifying races known as the Road to Vegas Challenge.
Top qualifier Graham Carroll, a leading Formula Ford 1600 driver in Britain, will join Sam Bird and Jose Maria Lopez in the DS Virgin Racing team.
Multiple iRacing champion Greger Huttu, one of the best sim racers in the world, has been drawn with the Jaguar team.
Formula E CEO Alejandro Agag said: "I'd like to officially welcome the sim racers who qualified through the Road to Vegas Challenge to participate in the inaugural Visa Vegas eRace.
"I've been following the progress of the sim racers throughout the qualification process, and I can't wait to see them on the same track as the rest of the Formula E grid.
"Accessibility and fan engagement are two of the key cornerstones of Formula E, and what better way to promote this than getting the world's best sim racers to compete in the same colours as their Formula E counterparts.
"It will be fascinating to see who comes out on top."
