The German pair have been an unstoppable force in the sled so far this season, with victories in Winterberg and Lake Placid keeping them firmly at the top of the overall standings with 300 points.
They crossed the line in just 38.542 seconds in Canada, taking the spoils from compatriots Tobias Wendl and Tobias Arlt, who stopped the watches in 38.570.
That was enough for them to leapfrog America's Matt Mortensen and Jayson Terdiman into third place in the overall standings after they could only take 42 points in Whistler.
Wendl and Arlt are also just eight points adrift of Robin Johannes Geueke and David Gamm, with the Germans having their worst performance of the World Cup so far, still holding their own to ensure a German 1-2-3 atop the leaderboard.
Peter Penz and Georg Fischler took third spot on the night – an event which saw racers reduced to just one run due to sled issues – their time of 38.642 seconds putting them sixth heading to Park City, the last event before Christmas on December 16.
