Ducati has rented the Barcelona-Catalunya circuit from Monday to Wednesday, with test rider Michele Pirro set to begin running on Monday - possibly along with Stoner - before race riders Jorge Lorenzo and Andrea Dovizioso join the action on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Along with the factory Honda, Aprilia and Ducati riders, satellite squads LCR, Marc VDS, Aspar and Avintia will all be present for the test.
Honda riders Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa will only use up one test day of their allocation of five when they take to the track on Wednesday.
It means a total of 14 riders are set to familiarise themselves with the Barcelona circuit's new layout, which features a revised final chicane for this year's race on June 11.
They will also get further experience of Michelin's stiffer construction front tyre, previously used in the post-race Jerez test and then subsequently approved by riders to be introduced full-time from Mugello.
Only Yamaha, Tech 3, Suzuki, KTM and Pramac Ducati are missing the test, with Suzuki having pencilled in a day of running for the Monday after the Barcelona race.
