In a battle for the line, the Olympic champion out-muscled Germany's Fabian Riessle in the closing stages for gold while Frenchman Jason Lamy Chappuis also outsprinted Finland's Eero Hirvonen to take third.
The Norwegians had earlier dominated on the jumping hill, earning a 46-second head start on the Germans.
Jarl Magnus Riiber set the longest jump of the day at 139.0m but Graabak won his group with 97m while Jan Schmid and Espen Andersen were second in their respective groups with distances of 93.5 and 98m.
World Cup leader Akito Watabe also had a fantastic jump of 99 metres to win group four and help Japan rank third, starting with a delay of 50 seconds.
The first group of races started out on skis quite far apart but the battle for the podium soon warmed up.
Schmid managed to hold off Eric Frenzel and only lost 15 seconds but at the second exchange, the Norwegian advantage had dropped to 17 seconds before German team debutant Vinzenz Geiger further closed the gap.
That left Graabak and Riessle to fight it out over the final stretch with just 1.7 seconds eventually separately them at the line, the Norwegian team the ones to edge it.
